Terms and Conditions for BAS Real Estates Referral Program

Welcome to BAS Real Estates’ Referral Program, known as “Become Part Of The Circle.” By participating in our referral program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. The referral program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2. Participants must not be employees, contractors, or agents of BAS Real Estates.
1.3. Referrals must be new clients who have not previously engaged with BAS Real Estates for property valuation or sales services.
2. Referral Submission
2.1. Referrals must be submitted through the designated channels, such as our online referral form, email to [email protected], or direct communication with a BAS Real Estates representative.
2.2. Referrals must include accurate and complete contact information for the referred individual (“Referred Client”).
2.3. The Referred Client must consent to be contacted by BAS Real Estates.
3. Referral Reward
3.1. A reward will be granted to the Referrer upon successful completion of a property sale transaction facilitated by BAS Real Estates for the Referred Client.
3.2. The reward amount will be calculated as fixed 20% percent of the commission received by BAS Real Estates from the property sale. The specific percentage will be agreed upon at the time of the referral.
3.3. The reward will be issued within 30 days of receiving full payment of the commission from the property sale.
3.4. Rewards will be paid via bank transfer or an alternative method agreed upon by both parties.
4. Conditions for Reward Eligibility
4.1. The Referred Client must successfully complete a property sale transaction with BAS Real Estates within 12 months of the referral submission date.
4.2. Only one Referrer is eligible for a reward per Referred Client. If multiple Referrers submit the same contact, the reward will be granted to the first submission received.
4.3. BAS Real Estates reserves the right to disqualify any referral if fraudulent or unethical behaviour is detected.
5. Program Modifications
5.1. BAS Real Estates reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Changes to the program will not affect rewards for referrals submitted prior to the effective date of the modification.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
6.1. Referrers must not share confidential information about the Referred Client without their consent.
6.2. BAS Real Estates will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and its Privacy Policy.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. BAS Real Estates is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the referral program, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
