Boyan’s MSc in Construction Economics and Management from UCL, an RICS-accredited degree, ignited a passion for smart home innovation and sustainable business models.

Building on his expertise, Boyan founded BAS Real Estates, a company redefining real estate through its unique “Become Part Of The Circle” model— joining an extended family built on trust, partnership, and shared success.
